When you fill in the form available in the contacts section, the University collects your personal data, such as: name, surname, email address or another means of communication, the query asked through the form. Your personal data will be processed to send the report via email to the address given in the form and to send you newsletters on the Sustainability Lab activities.
The data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the question and subsequently archived.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is represented by art. 6.1.e) of EU Regulation 2016/679 (“performance of a task carried out in the public interest”). You can object to the processing of your personal data at any time by writing to the DPO at the below mentioned contact details. The University will stop the processing of your personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds to carry on with the processing.
